How booking works
Your date is confirmed once the 30% deposit arrives. You pay the rest after delivery.

Up to 4 hours. 10 highlights the same night, all photos within 48 hours.

All prices are net, plus 19% VAT. Your quote gives the exact price.
Five steps
- Enquiry
Use the form below, WhatsApp or email. Tell me the date, the place and what you need. A budget range helps, but you don't have to give one.
- Reply and quote
In working hours I usually reply within the hour and send the quote within one working day. It is valid for 30 days. The quote does not reserve a date yet.
- Confirm and pay the deposit
When you say yes, I hold the date for 7 days. You get a deposit invoice for 30% of the fee. Pay it within those 7 days and the date is booked.
- Shoot and delivery
Before the day we agree the schedule, the people and access. Then I shoot as agreed. The quote already says what you get and when.
- Final invoice
The final invoice comes with the delivery, with the deposit already taken off. It is due within 14 days.
Why 30% up front?
When I hold a day for you, I turn down other requests for that day. The deposit makes the date binding for both of us.
It costs you nothing extra. The full amount comes off the final invoice.

How to pay
- Bank transfer. The IBAN and a QR code are on the invoice. Your banking app can scan the code and fill in the transfer for you.
- Card. Through the payment link on the invoice.
- Both invoices show the VAT.
If plans change
Cancelling
If you cancel, part of the agreed fee is due. The earlier you cancel, the less it is.

Cancel more than 14 days before and you pay nothing if I can re-book the day. Your deposit counts towards the fee. If you paid more than is due, I refund the difference within 14 days.
If I have to cancel
If I fall ill or my equipment fails, you get the deposit back in full. Or we find a new date or someone to stand in for me. Your choice.
The full booking terms come with every quote. What they say is what applies.
Usage rights
Once the invoice is paid in full, you may use the photos and films for your own company communication with no time limit: website, social media, internal and PR. Paid advertising and passing them on to others are agreed separately.
